NEET 2022 Counselling - Step By Step Counselling Process

NEET 2022 Counselling - Step By Step Counselling Process

NEET counselling is when most students are confused and make mistakes. This counselling process is one of the most critical parts of a competitive exam. It is more like the deciding factor for securing admission.

What Is NEET Counselling?

NEET counselling is the process where students choose and organize their college preferences. Then, the counselling authority goes through their choices and allows them a seat, considering their rank. NTA does the online allocation by itself. Applicants can check the official statements and updates by MCC for NEET UG counselling 2022, and students can register themselves on MCC's official website.

NEET UG Counselling:

NEET 2022 Counseling can be categorized into two parts.

1. AIQ (All India Quota) counselling

2. State level counselling

The state quota contains 85% of medical seats, so their respective states conduct it. At the same time, AIQ includes the remaining 15% of seats, so MCC conducts it.

In India, NEET counselling is divided into two parts, as mentioned above. The first one is the All India Quota (AIQ) for 15% of seats of all government medical colleges all across India. 100 % of all deemed medical colleges, all AIIMS, all central universities like BHU, AMU, and Delhi University, and all ESI's and AFMC are covered by the MCC itself.

Another is State Level Quota Counselling, conducted for 85% of all government medical colleges and 100 % of seats of all private medical colleges and universities in the respective states in India and conducted by those specific states or UT only. Students should check for the NEET Counselling Date on the official website.

NEET Step-By-Step Counselling Procedure:
